You're unsure if I am a loose end or a strand
that waits for you to mend or understand
A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness."
~ D.H. Lawrence

"Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?"

"Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost."
~ Seneca

"People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect."
~ Daydream Nation

"All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death."
~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes

"The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road."
~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita

"It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend."
~ William Blake

Guess what I got today! :D
Monday, January 12, 2009
Okay I'll let you know after I put these pictures up. :P

Guys singing in Physio.

Went for a walk on a trail in the dark and took some pictures of passing cars.

Romeo is silly. He likes to just sit like this, with his beak on the bars. I have no idea why.

Cute birdy. :D

You have a choice between huge Cuties and small Cuties.

And now... are you ready for it?

Ready ready?

Ready ready ready spaghetti? With cheese and all that other yummy stuff?

I GOT MY BAG TODAY!!!

It's much bigger than I expected... but everything fits great. :D I love that it only took like four days to get here. (I ordered it on the 8th)

Finished up that interview with Praetorian that was just lying around. And now I will get to another reward comic. (We're getting closer to $100 but it looks like there's still quite a while to go)

When I do hit that mark, I guess I'll probably put up a post with REWARD COMICS! as the title and no words, only pictures. Er, comics. You get the idea. Look forward to it if you like my stuff. :)

Ooh, nice bag. And, my bird does the same thing, with the beak on the bar. I think it's something comfy for them, because it seems like a lot do it.

Wow, Random
This is the most "normal" I've seen you act in a while. I don't mean that in a bad way; if I'M anything, it's not normal, either. You know what I mean. Anyway, being happy seems to be good for you. Enjoy it!

PS I kind of want a bag like that to carry my laptop around in.

PPS
I don't have a laptop, but I'll probably get one for college...

I have crazy pictures from HS physics. Also, my friend's bird does the same thing, she monkeys around the bars a bit. It's rather funny.

My revenue is broken, along with my popularity. I have been stuck at whatever it is I'm at for quite some time. :(

Cute bird! And the Comp. Rel. description reads, "The study of religion as an aspect of human culture with attention to both Christian and non- Christian religions"
» rabekriegerin on 2009-01-12 11:40:03

Heh, I was almost giddy when my bag came in. Where did you order it from?

Also, pictures/videos of cars at night has some awe provoking effect upon me.
» yourcupoftea on 2009-01-12 11:47:22

I'm looking forward to your comics!

Maybe your bird's thinking "I must chew my way out of this place and die in the wild!!"

Singing... in Physics? W-what?

...How?
