Here's the political cartoon I drew for History. Alice inked it.

We were supposed to create a cartoon about the Great Depression, in case you're confused.

My dad's birthday party is tomorrow. He turned fifty on Monday. It hit me in Math this morning... "Oh my god, my dad is fifty!" I was mildy shocked for the rest of the day.

Also, I forgot to turn on my alarm clock last night, so I awoke to the sound of my mom's knuckles rapping on my door (As in knocking, not spewing out horrendous "street poetry") at 6:48. I had about twenty minutes to get dressed, eat breakfast, and put all my stuff together. :| I hate it when I oversleep. I always feel rushed for the rest of the day when that happens...

I'm supposed to make fish rice and a cake for the party tomorrow. (Maybe I should be calling it a lunch instead...)

At Lunch today Alice wasn't feeling well, so I talked to Varsha, Angie, and Lucy more. We were playing the "make as many words as you can out of this one big word" game. Angie was convinced that "sog" was a word. Varsha and I told her it WASN'T, but she was stuck on it. We even looked it up, and she started saying that it SHOULD be a word.

So if she ever has the power, she's going to make "sog" a word. For now it's just her new thing and she uses it to mean whatever she wants.

During Lit. I was procrastinating and fooling around and basically not doing anything helpful as far as my paper, which is due in... a few weeks. I found the longest word in English, though.
