You know, I always thought it was "sherbert". But apparently, according to Alice, it's "sherbet".

I spent five hours yesterday trying to contemplate the meaning of this. And no, I'm not kidding. I can spend five hours musing over a letter I always thought existed in a word.

Thankfully I didn't lose my mind, although I was close...

I looked it up in the dictionary, and it can be both ways.

Also, I found out that gummyworms have gelatin in them... which means no more gummyworms for me. :/ I need to find some vegan gummyworms or something. And I need to start checking ingredient labels for gelatin too.

Boycotting a product so that it will stop being produced only works if the whole (or most of the) world is in on it. Look at it logically. People are still going to make gelatin. It's used in lots of food, and a few things besides. It's not harmful to you.

gummies are delicious. although, I guess I can understand not eating something because of what's in it. I don't eat s'mores because of the marshmellow. same with any other candy/food with marshmellow in it. but that's because I don't like it, not because it's not good for me

oh, and I used to pronounce it "sherbert" until I saw it spelled out on a sherbet container ... it took me a little bit to change the way I said it
