A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness." ~ D.H. Lawrence "Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?" "Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost." ~ Seneca "People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect." ~ Daydream Nation "All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death." ~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes "The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road." ~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita "It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend." ~ William Blake Think about it Musicalities! Kill that boredom!

Cemeteries are kind of... peaceful. Confusing. Volunteered at another homeless shelter today. Did the napkin rolling thing, with the eating utensils inside. For three hours. After that we went to Applebee's for lunch. I think I ate too much. :/ What appeared to be the only decent looking male teenager in the entire restaurant left shortly after we sat down. He kept flipping his hair.... (Angie knows how I feel about that :P) Bonus image! Well the first one didn't work so I had to change it to something less funny. :( Bush has interesting hobbies. Quote from today: *My brother spilled salt on the table to try and make the shaker balance* Me: It would suck if they made you lick that off the table. His friend: "Sir, you can't leave until you lick all the salt off of the table" HF pretending to be a man: "But... I just want to go home..." HF pretending to be waiter: "NO! Lick the salt off of the table!!!!" 6 Comments. Yeah, that boat definition isn't meshing for me...heh The bonus image isn't working :( » lazypuppy on 2006-12-28 08:21:12 I'm scarred. » ranor on 2006-12-28 11:45:56 that's a weird looking bonus image . . . I don't mind that the gift card is for walmart. if nothing else I can buy pens, markers and such » LostSoul13 on 2006-12-29 12:27:39 I like Mausoleums...reminds me of all the horror movies I've never seen. Fun. It makes me think of wax people...just my two cents. ;) » Silver-dot- on 2006-12-29 12:57:51 god whats with all the freaky pictures! XD cemetery reminds me of michael jackson's "thriller" music video. hey my mom said that the flowers on the ground in the cemeteries actually hold animals, not people. i don't really believe her. ugh applebees. ive experience nosy waiters, burnt meat, and i lost my jacket there too. but the foods alright haha » feelthesound902 on 2006-12-29 01:55:17 *experienced » feelthesound902 on 2006-12-29 11:03:57
